This proposal hasn’t gotten much attention lately from witnesses. The current Tron situation is on everyone’s minds and is current focus. Reducing to 4 weeks now could be dangerous if tron is still holding

300K Steem is not too bad, it isn't enough to unseat any witness, I think we can leave those out. Good sleuthing!

I would recommend one Town Hall voice meeting on Discord followed by rolling discussions in the Steemit Inc Slack where most witnesses and stakeholders involved in governance of Steem already are.

Its only custodial for the lessee, for the lessor (stake holder) they hold the keys at all times so the stake is always safe. The stake is the largest amount, the lease payment escrow is small in comparison.
