Amazing how a few hours can change everything in the weather there at the Cape. Those clouds hide away those mountains like they never existed. Of course they're still there, but who in their right mind would want to go out in that weather for a hike? I remember sandstorms in the southwestern US that would do the same thing to the mountains. One minute crystal clear view and then nothing but red dust...I don't miss those!
Nice find of the pied crow flying overhead despite the poor weather. They are strong fliers, that's for sure!
Sorry to hear about the economic situation there, and I wish you the best of luck to house the homeless during the winter. It can't be easy to survive living in a card board box when it's freezing cold. Or feed a huge family when you can't find work. Non profits like yours can be a real Godsend to those poor people. Keep up the hard work, I know it's not easy to do as you get a little older.
