Yeah, it isn't easy to forgive the person who hurt our feelings. I think forgiveness is related to the next behavior of anyone, we feel hatred for that person who doesn't feel sorry even if he has hurt somebody.
Resolving misunderstandings or excusing the mistake can be helpful to make the relations happy.
