I might end up restoring from snapshot if this bug is coming from the new version, it occurred when a witness running v1.28.0 missed a block

Welp it looks like I need to replay v1.28.0 on API node sooner and it isn't even tagged yet. My node threw an error and refused to restart.

The DHF may run as it is without inflows from network issuance. One thing I would change the system is the ability to vote against individual proposals which will do away with the less flexible return

Spotify is notorious for anti-consumer practices (outlined here), never used them. As a clippy I always download a DRM-free copy and play them locally. Personally used Bandcamp once, it's a one-time purchase
