14 weeks on Hive now... and lately it seems the Hive price has been on a roller coaster. Which seems to affect a lot of other things on-chain (I'm looking at you 2nd layer tokens and Rising Star cards at bargain prices). I finally get why people talk about the price of Hive so much!

Read on for a summary of where I'm up to with my Hive goals, plus my current earnings/financial position and the plan to see me through to the new year...

Notes:
¹ Nice steady increase due to #HivePUD and #HivePUM .
² I needed the funds for some 2nd layer investments - hence the HBD withdrawal.
³ My Starbits earnings are similar to last time, but the value of a Starbit in hive terms is about half what it was 2 weeks ago, hence the drop. For the time being I'm re-investing all my Starbit earnings into new packs (my earnings mean I can buy 12 packs for 100,000 Starbits each week) so this isn't a big deal.
⁴ Estimate of income from various drips for holding 2nd layer tokens - drips that drip Hive only for now: Sim holding rewards, Utopis holding payouts and Archon Drips.

Goals Update

From last time my goals were:

• Mint some of my own NFTs!

  1. My track Traveller's Path was minted for sale on @risingstargame - see @tdctunes/travellers-path-nft-now-available-in-rising-star for details.
  2. I created a special edition of my track Cosmic and have minted it on https://app.nfttunz.io/
  3. I am poised to mint a piece of Traveller's Path themed artwork on https://nftshowroom.com/

• Buy my first Art NFT!
  This was a bit of a minefield as there is so much amazing art available! After much deliberation I went for this by the amazing @tygertyger:
  
  I love this portrait of Lofi Freq - it's got so much to it that is up my street - a steam punk organ, robots of various kinds and beautiful colours and aesthetic. Very happy with my purchase!

• Complete Power Up month!
  I did it! I posted with 100% Hive Power rewards and/or powered up every single day in November! Also in doing so.. I became a Dolphin! Wohoo!

• Continue to improve my reporting.
  I've made some improvements and am now able to report more APRs as well as having a simpler way to report my basic 2nd layer earnings and have added a new line for 2nd layer tokens that drip Hive. It's not everything - but I am starting to get enough confidence in these numbers that I can can use them as considerations for making future investment decisions. (among other considerations of course like risk level)

• Write another update post in 2 weeks!

Next Goals

By the next update:

• Firstly - I'm going to give myself a break from the bi-weekly update post and say that I will post another update during January. December is looking pretty busy and focus will certainly need to be on family stuff for much of it. So I am still setting myself goals, but have a more relaxed time frame for them this time.

• Reach 50,000 fans on Rising star! You may remember I set myself this goal 4 weeks ago which proved a bit ambitious to do in 2 weeks. Well now I'm at 45,000 and so I'm pretty confident I can finally get to 50,000 by the time I write the next update in January.

• Put my Traveller's Path art up for sale on NFT Showroom. Haven't quite pulled the trigger on this yet - but should be soon!

• Write an in depth Blog post that isn't primarily about my music. I have a bunch of ideas for these and although I'm naturally posting a lot about my music, I think I have some ideas for content that people might find useful I would like to share.

• Participate in Hive Power Up Month in January! Gotta keep growing the Hive Power!
