Market Friday the seastreak Ferry

This is the one tag and challenge that I always make a point of joining, and also look through the posts of others that join the challenge and seeing markets from all around the world.
For this weeks post, I am going to share some shots of the Seastreak ferry, which docks and has a terminal here in New Bedford

The ferry runs from new Bedford to Martha's vineyard and to Nantucket, we haven't taken a rid eon it yet, it is on my plans, my wife not so much she really isn't keen on ferries or anything out on the water and would rather fly there which is possible from the airport here as well but the ferry is a lot more affordable than flying, so lets see if or how we do the trip[ maybe later this year if this current wave of Covid passes and things return closer to normal

The trip to Martha's Vineyard is 24 Miles and costs $40 and to Nantucket 50 Miles and takes about 1 hour and 46 Minutes and costs $50, plus extra if you want to park your car in their car park, Valet parking $25 per day and offsite parking $15 per day, not cheap but not to bad I think

The ferries ate Catamaran style, 150 Feet Long and 40 ft wide and can carry 600 Passengers and crew with a top speed of 39 Knots

Now as I said time will tell if I can talk my wife into taking the ferry, I would love to myself, to have the views as you cross over.
