2/ We are seeing infrastructure being created by a number of project teams. This means we will likely see the gap between Hive and other networks, such as the EVMs, closing. The feature-set will be closer.

#threadstorm 1/ Hive has a major gap between many other networks. This is the lack of smart contract capabilities. It really hinders the development that can take place on here.

4/ This means we need to focus upon something else serving in this role. BTC could be great for price appreciation, an enemy of payments systems. Here is where I believe algo stablecoins are the solution.

2/ Hayes basically said that handing the BTC over to Wall Street, which will happen with a Bitcoin spot ETF if tens of billions flows in, means we will be onto phase 2 of the alt money system.

4/ Then there is the ownership model which brings a new level of interaction as people fill roles that are contracted in TradFi. This all brings greater efficiency.
