4/ Each day people add to X, Meta, and Google. This data is enormous. That means they are only getting richer.

3/ The reality is that Big Tech firms with large databases such as social media entities are protected. OpenAI is the target because they have no protection (or data).

2/ This might be well meaning but like most forms of regulation, it only serves the incumbents. What this bill does is prevents start ups from entering the AI race.
