The dollar won't be dethroned by another currency. We're headed toward a post-monetary society. And the USD might actually get us there. Future money could be tied to energy—kilowatts, joules. Wild.

Stablecoins are the future and guess what currency they're being issued in? More network effects. More reinforcement of the dollar's position. It becomes self-feeding.

The US dollar's network dominance is overwhelming. 88% of forex trades. 75% of derivatives. Global invoicing in USD. The US treasury market as the most liquid asset on Earth. Nothing comes close.

Monetary policy today is pure theater. Central banks can't actually control the money supply anymore. They're playing psychological games, and calling it economics. It's all closed-loop mechanics.

When the Fed does QE, it's not creating dollars. It's creating digital instruments that banks will never redeem for cash. JPMorgan isn't sitting on $750 billion in twenty dollar bills. That's the punchline.

Stop thinking about money supply in isolation. Milton Friedman figured this out decades ago. It's about growth rate compared to economic expansion. Miss that detail, miss everything.

Central banks stopped printing actual currency long ago. Physical dollars are minuscule in transactions. Yet the 'printing press goes brr' narrative persists. The real story is way more interesting.

The death of the dollar crowd has been wrong for decades. But that doesn't mean they're right to keep predicting it. The future is different—just not how most people think.
