An estimated APR yes. Rounding combined with changes in the market can change this number slightly more or less.

To see some HBD tomorrow, you would need ~1700 DHEDGE, but as more HBD gets added to the drip account, the amount needed will go down.

Not exactly new, but not old yet. We added SIM to drips also. Added round based upvotes for holders when they post and HIVE delegation mining on @dhedge. Token delegation mining is on the way.

HBD has been added to #dhedge drips. Those with enough DHEDGE will start seeing a share of HBD generated from reports daily.

The short answer as to why you specifically were tagged, is because you own enough DHEDGE tokens to be added into an upvote round after posting. The rest of the answer is: It was decided when upvote rounds
