Howdy folks! You know I've been around if you've been catching sight of my Black and White Photo Challenge entries, but maybe you're wondering why I haven't been posting more things about the farm.
Well, mostly because I don't want to be boring! It's desperately routine around here this time of year, so a daily farming post is repetitive and dull for me, and I fear it must be even more repetitive and dull for you!
I can't even really say that I've saved up some content this time around. It really has been a matter of routine, but I've got a couple lovely photos to share at least!
A fantastic sunset on Thursday night.
A bit of a baby belly starting to show on Umbra!
I expect she's bearing twins, which is her usual birthrate. She's also my first ewe due to lamb, and her due date is February 7. She will be waddling by then!! She's a little past the halfway mark for gestation right now. One of my other dairy-breed ewes, who has never borne me less than four, is already waddling, and she isn't due until February 28. I will have to try to get a picture of her to show you sometime soon!
Thanks for dropping by, it's always a pleasure to have you come. And you know, if there is something specific you'd like to hear about, be sure to let me know! I'll be back again soon!
