Whenever we say "Second Amendment" this becomes a broader topic and as @davidpakman mentioned we need to set our parameters, or else we will running around same thing. Considering the "Gun Control" situation in USA, before the Gun be issued to any citizen, I considering these entities would be more effective, complete Psycho Analysis Test before issuing Gun and Gun Licence, Types of Gun issued, Family background check and their origin, employment record, Time period for renewal of Gun Licence, Geo-fencing or limited use, Priority of Licence to be issued, Medication history (types of medicine given to person, this should be different from general medical record) and on top of this the Law to override any situation forbidding authorities to access any data required before issuance of Weapon. This is just simple consideration I came up. Any thought on this ??
