Good morning beautiful steemians, today I will be sharing with you all my friends wedding ceremony.
Yesterday, a friend of mine got married to her soulmate. It was a beautiful one as the couples have known themselves for quite a while now.
My happy moment started during the bridal shower night, where the bride's friends gathered to spend the night with the bride.
During that bridal night I was opportuned to ask the bride series of questions ranging from how she met her husband to what attracted and made her say yes to him.
From the brides answer, she professed that she has known the husband for close to 8years.According to her she met him at the University when she was in her year 1 at a fellowship, while the guy was in his finals.
To her the guy was just a friend but a real mentor to her. "He has been asking to go into a relationship with me since the first day we met but I just liked him as a friend" she said.
Responding to what later attracted her to him, she said it was his maturity in character and closeness to God. She also said she really realized that he loves her so much.
When asked how long they have been in the relationship she said 3months now.
Some of her friends said they have noticed the attraction between both of them for a very long time now even though she always tends to deny and dismiss the feelings.
It was a happy event for both the couple and for me because I was able to meet my friends again. I wish them happy married life.
