You can do it either way, I just cut them in half and leave two eyes on each potato piece. I don't know if it makes more, but it gives them more room to produce I believe.

I too love all the seasons, Jay, but agree that the older we get the less winter is enjoyed as the months seem to drag on. Spring is also my favorite season when nature begins to burst forth with new life.

You still have a lot of snow. Ours is totally gone now with two days of rain and the warmer days. I'm itching to do some yard cleanup too and some fence repairs.
