The egg tofu soup looks delicious. I bought tofu two weeks ago at an Asian market and have had soup twice so far. I like your version very much and will save it to make another soup to enjoy.

Those chitting potatoes just had to be planted, I couldn't let them go to waste. I love the first potato harvest, there is nothing so tasty as a homegrown one and it must be my Swedish roots too.

Thanks, I planted new lettuce and after three days they are starting to sprout. It is over 70° in the furnace room where I have the seed racks. The plants all come up fairly quickly. I'm taking your advice
