I can't believe it! Why would your knee swell so badly, that is really odd. It must be trying to protect itself with the fluid. Arthritis is a PIA for sure and flares up at the oddest times. So sorry sweetie.

I so agree, sorry for the late reply but I've been without power and internet for two days due to the windstorm. So happy to hear you do well on the IMF schedule too. I'm believing to drop 40+ lbs by summer.
