I agree, kaminchan that book has too much medical jargon for my liking but it does get into how different types of diets are not good for us. ;-)

You got a similar cold snap, we dropped down to 7°F and windchill at - 14°F. I had to drop off a package at UPS and my gosh it was such a sharp cold on the skin. I think we may get a little breather this
