It was a lot of applesauce and peeling them all did a job on my wrist. Now, I just have to finish up with raspberries since we got so many this fall.

You are very welcome, if you grow them start them 6-8 weeks before you plant them outside. It gives them a good start before going into the garden. My bees love them.

I have always made it with about 5 different apples, sweet and tart to make the sauce. The kids love it and there is no sugar added which is a must for their mother's preference. I use so many jars every
