That's too bad you had to give up your pond. The toads do lay a lot of eggs in the spring but we remove a lot of them before they hatch. I used to have fish but a blue heron would come and eat them, so

Yes, I had osteoporosis in both hip joints and had to have them both replaced. One after the other, it took a bit to get back into shape but now I feel great. I hope you heal quickly.
