I have an upright and a chest freezer that is only 2 years old. I wish I had spent the extra and bought another upright instead of the chest. It is so much easier for me to keep organized with the upright.

There is nothing like having pure Maple Syrup. We have farms like that here in western, NY. that sell the syrup from here. It is expensive but so worth it. I would love to have one of those creemees, looks

You could substitute one of your sweet fruits instead of peaches, I bet it would be good just the same.

The peaches are just under-ripe, firm and not soft at all. Just so they stay somewhat firm during processing. The peaches are still very sweet, Nina. ♥
