I love how the whole house smells so good when making stock. It is the best when made from scratch. Hopefully, you can get your strength up to do your inside work.

I never test my soil. I just amend it every year with the compost. I add the eggshells for calcium and alfalfa pellets for nitrogen, and if a certain veggie needs extra, like the onions, I add what they

I actually have very little weeds in the gardens after years of staying on top of them. Whenever I do see one I pull it immediately to make sure it does not go to seed.
