- The heating pads is designed in low power for safety, the progress of heating is slow to warm when pets in sleeping instead of doesn't heat up. The pads need to take a few minutes to heat up when your pets lay on it. We recommend to set 40 degrees, which is the most comfortable temperature for pets. You can put the blanket below the carpet,which will increase the temperature of pads if you think the warmth is not enough.
How awesome is this? Tucker is loving his heating pad for the winter. Many times he has to spend a few hours in the garage at night because he will not stop waking us up. So we have a chair covered in thick blankets for him to snuggle inside of. Now, with this heating pad on his chair he is extra toasty.
Our temperatures have been single digits and below 0 with the wind chills, so this arrived in perfect time to help keep him comfortable.
