It's been a rough week out on the blogs, there is no lack of people willing to worry about money over people. I was so appalled at something Laura Ingraham said last week I wrote her an email. Back early from her vacation of "fearless" flying she's found herself eating crow and openly admitting she's not that self important when asked by Hannity how her vacation went. Pelosi was the same way when asked if she thinks things should be shutting down, she said no, no I do not only finding herself reversing course a few days later. I guess you can say there is a limit to what people are willing to tolerate from the elitist class and dying for them just isn't one of them, nor will they cater to their indifference. I've said it more than once last week telling certain people you are like the guy in those hostage movies who sells out everybody else for your own self gain then ends up getting killed by the hostage takers at the end.

With that said though I do feel depending upon the area people were in there was still a bit of time to get whatever you needed to get down without putting yourself in jeopardy or others, that may be why there's varying degree's of comfort for some to feel comfortable getting a bite to eat. We are though approaching the closure of that window of time. Just like last week when our governor felt completely comfortable while fulling knowing we had cases in our state withholding that information until the primary was over, they barely turned out the lights at the polling stations and she was on the eleven o'clock news announcing the start of the sky falling. We had three confirmed case then, now a week later and her on television every night trying to assure us she's going to save us all by shutting down the entire state without any remorse for her actions that by not calling off the primary she herself could be at fault for it's increased spread the last week to more than a couple dozen cases. So I guess you can say rather it's a political or financial agenda you will always have people willing to sell you out for their own personal agenda. I just wouldn't elect them to be the leader of the pack in an apocalyptic scenario.

What can you expect from the behaviors of some people once fear sets in, to them it's either flight or die and since the vast majority can't escape they'll die if that have to to get that toilet paper. This is how most people live, totally unaware of what the world is doing around them. My kids are good examples of that, they usually would prefer not to hear about what's going on in the world from me unless something sounds alarming to them, then I am the first person they come to. In this case I spent weeks trying to get them to take action. They told me to get off the internet, stop blogging, hung up on me, etc., but finally about three weeks ago I finally struck a nerve and they got on it. Now they look at the mess left behind in the panic and they are so thankful I am a busy body blogger. In the weeks I spent out maneuvering for vital items I spent time engaging people in the check out lanes or the clerks and it was really sad to tell you the truth the number of people who feel quite confident we are indestructible as a human race. The person behind me standing there holding a slim jim and a bag of chocolate covered peanuts living in the moment while the clerk is telling the story of how she survived the black plague...and that nobody felt compelled to question her on that...well, what can you say, these are the people left who end up fighting over the toilet paper.

This is what happens when we ignore the world around us, putting to much trust and faith that in the end everyone will act cordial towards each other and look out for the best interest of each other. In the end a country that was so willing to ship as much toilet paper on the cheap slammed their doors shut and threatened to let Americans die in the hell of the corona virus while the guy down the road was willing to wrestle you to the ground for it.
