I guess they must have reduced the worth of up votes again as it's been over a week now and when I up vote it's no longer a penny's worth. They did this back on steem once also. They'll never get it that to grow the network reducing the value of votes isn't going to hit it. It sort of reminds me of that episode on Happy Days when Fonzie got a job selling ice cream out of one of those peddle carts, he said he'd get up to speed just to have to slow down for a kid waving a dime. That's what it's like on here, you gain some momentum and someone waving a dime takes it away from you.
