Today I have reached 8000 steps since a long time with Actifit. I had two good walking sessions where I went for a walk in the park this morning and in the afternoon I did a bit of shopping. Happy overall

We had good weather again today. I went for a walk in the park with the family. We kept the pace high and after returning home it is time for a nice cup of tea. ☺ 6496 Walking

Today I had a quiet day but went for a walk in the early evening. Weather is still nice with temperature just above 25 but end of the summer is arriving soon I guess. Anyway I am enjoying it while it lasts.
