Since a couple minutes, Streemian.com can deal with UTF-8 posts. However, the current solution is to replace UTF-8 characters by their corresponding ascii-chars using the unidecode from python.
If anyone has a solution to this issuer on the steem github issuer tracker, please let me know. I'd like to support UTF-8 natively, of course!
