I'm sure the king now understand truly why the valet told him not to trust his daughters words but to test them first to know their action.
Following this tale to the end I have learned alot of lessons, lessons I can't finish writing down if I want to write all of them here.
Finally it's the rejected one that becomes the saviour of the day, the princess that was supposed to be killed, and her tongue brought back to the king is now the saviour of the day, I believe the king has learned the biggest lesson we all are supposed to learn as humans, in certain situations especially when money or other material things are involved.
The Princess is both wise and smart. She made her demands, so clear at each point of the story, and it was directed towards achieving a particular aim. She helped her father regain his kingdom and his castle. I didn't see the story ending the way it did. It was a really nice ending.
The Valet too, a hero indeed, he saved the king from the doom planned on him by his eldest daughters.
He got his reward and I think he deserved it since he was faithful to the end.
Your family house, has really lasted, 850 years, wooww. That's really interesting.
I wish you a safe trip as you travel to see your family.
