Promoting Steemit is more difficult than I first thought it would be. When I ask my friends if they've heard of Steemit I get a resounding 100% no. I try to explain the format I start by saying you'll get rewarded for posting good content. This is probably the wrong approach as many people think that sounds too good to be true and therefore probably is.
Although the Steemit project is well thought through - it is very difficult to get your head around. Today I read the white paper for the project. I have to say its very complete but complex unless ofcourse you understand the finer points of cryptocurrencies ....... which I don't!
On a personal level and writing as a minnow - when writing and posting content on Steemit there is a direct correlation between hard work, dedication and success. You make your own luck in life and Steemit isn't gonna give up its rewards easily.
