"Active" is relative, as for sure many do only auto-vote. In fact some users might have gone for good or even deceased but still counted as "active". Is there a way to sort them out (e.g. by checking if they had any transactions other than upvotes)?
Would love to see who from the big accounts do manual votes and who only auto.
