For real, i work at a tech startup in california. we come up with ideas. then we make them happen 💪 we don't ask any questions in between. yes, its hard. yes, its grueling. thats what makes it worth it. otherwise why do it?

The idea that "an idea" is wasting someones' time 😱 that's so far afield from my culutre bubble, i had to remember that "oh yeah, some people do get discouraged by a challenge" 😅 not a singe person i interact with irl. 100% opposite 💪 our motto is to embrace ! Thats why we always win I guess?
