I am one to question things. I usually have tough questions. Usually offer ideas, whether achievable or a pipe-dream. However.... I feel like this is a no-brainer as long as the company has been vetted.

I honestly think we need more real discussion, take in account teams funding. I think maybe lowering the price might be the wrong angle, but maybe we need an angle the essentially does the same thing.

The card seems to kind of suck... Not sure I think we should make a habit of adjusting cards after they are live on production....

A few questions.... This is only for cards currently listed for rent? I do not see a setting for cards not listed. When I use it, I slowly gain unlisted cards, like the rent expired and they were not relisted.

Non-transferable achievements could be fun too... but I look forward to my DEC. I am not opposed to changes, but I feel there aren't convincing options presented.

I think I like most of it.... I do not like the new details on the wagons. I would have preferred getting a token from buying packs that repairs them or something.... I also am not sure I'm excited about

agree. the DAO should be responsible for rescoping as well imo, if it is paying.

Land is not making money, land is not bringing in new players. Land needs to be rescoped to make it less timely to implement and to bring in funds/player. imo. IF the DAO pays, the DAO should be in charge

As a holder of a significant amount of land, I have to say I am voting no without a few key things being added. How does the DAO earn this money back? Maybe we need to make a plan here. Revenue from land.

The DAO needs income streams. and every expense should come with a plan to earn that money back as well. I am not sure this is the best way.

I like it, but the part of this written before "THE PROPOSED AGREEMENT" seems petty, unprofessional, and unneeded. But I think, unless someone puts up good arguments, this is easy to support.

I really struggle with the math being incorrect, and another thing to note is some people use the abbreviation "m" for thousand and some for million (those who use it for thousand use "mm"
