Yeah web account solution is a little harder but gives you more options while Dash Mobile is very easy and user friendly solution while all happen in the background. Try it and let us know your experience!

While it can be a blocker for many, know that there is a service called CrowdNode.io that let people with smaller amounts be part of the MN/EVO network. Visit the website ^^ or use Dash Mobile on App staking

Yes if you want a contested, short name. If you ask for longer name or even short with numbers different than 0 and 1 then it cost like pennies. You can get paid with #Dash here on #inleo for posting etc...
