In an attempt to infiltrate organized crime, the police recently smuggled 50 kg of Cannabis into the country. The cannabis was sold on to dealers, and in all likelyhood hit the streets where it most certainly was sold to youngsters, maybe even kids.
The drug laws in Norway are among the strictest in the western world, and the smuggling would yield several years in prison, were it comitted by a "normal" citizen. It will be interesting to see how this plays out, but you can be sure that if anyone goes to prison over this particular crime, it won't be the person responsible.
I don't always get vulgar with a "Fuck the state!", but when I do I make sure it's for a good reason :)
