Hello everyone,my response to the above question is that GOD is not far from those who obey him or his commandments and remember we are his children.
Acts 17:27-28 (KJV) That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:
For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
But for those who feel that GOD is far from them, of a truth sin brought about the gap between them and GOD.
Remember what the Bible says about a sinner's prayers
Proverbs 15:8 (KJV) The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight.
