I currently put a banner signature banner on my account on allcryptotalk.com to help try and get more users here. i currently have well over 1700+ posts on the site so many users should see the banner ill also be talking to the owner an be purchasing ad space below every first posts.
I noticed there wasn't a post for steemit on ACT so I'm currently making one an will be making a post on its sister site allcryptotalk.net once we get it fully set up.
Ive also started tweeting out about the site an the posts i have made.
I also made a post for steemit on the forum:

I'll also be buying some mellow ads and see how that works out and other ad's to see what i can do to help.
