Author and Curator Rewards Payout time has changed 作者和策展人奖励奖金时间已经改变

Hi,

Since the last hardfork, author rewards and curation rewards are paid in 24-26 hours, instead of 12 hours that was usual before the hardfork.

Personally, i am happy with this change. A 24 hours windows:

• Gives the author the possibility of receiving more votes
• Increase the amount of the first author payout
• Increase the amount of the first curator payout.
• If the curator payout is higher, more little voters will be rewarded when it pass the 0.001 STEEM POWER limit.

Anybody knows where this change has been announced? Is it temporal? What do you think about it? Please, leave your comments below.
