Yeah 😂😂 sometimes getting proper rest might actually make you more productive than squeezing another few hours out of an exhausted body

Still, I think people should recognize when they're consistently pushing themselves beyond what their body can handle.

Exactly. Telling someone to "just sleep more" doesn't solve the reason they're sleeping less in the first place.

Definitely. Bills don't care whether you're tired, and responsibilities don't disappear because you need more rest.

Yes, especially when you're young. People tend to think the body will always recover from whatever they put it through.

Exactly. Just because something has become your normal doesn't mean it's good for you.

And there are people who genuinely believe they can survive on four or five hours because they've done it for years.

circumstances. Someone working night shifts obviously can't follow the same routine as someone with a regular daytime job....

That's a good point. Lack of sleep can affect concentration too, so those extra waking hours may not even be productive

That's true😂 There's this idea that the busier you are, the less you should sleep.

Exactly. Being able to function isn't necessarily the same as being healthy.

I don't think consistently sleeping only four hours is something the body can just ignore. You might feel functional for a while, but lack of sleep can catch up with you eventually.

And honestly, some couples probably need to learn how to solve their own problems before bringing every disagreement to someone else.

I think the real issue is when spiritual respect becomes unquestioning loyalty. That's when healthy guidance can turn into unhealthy dependence.

So I don't think trusting a pastor is wrong. I just think the priority matters.

True. Marriage needs trust between the two people first.

And sometimes trusting your spouse also means giving them the benefit of the doubt before running to someone else.

Yes. Your pastor can advise your marriage, but shouldn't become the third person in it.

I think a healthy marriage should allow outside advice without allowing outsiders to become the decision-makers.

That's an important point. Spiritual leaders are still human beings with their own perspectives and limitations.
