Jeff, I know you say that you never read comments, but sometimes you should. I wish you would explain the idea behind the Tzla machine properly because you are fixated on plasma. Plasma is ionised gas. It is the ionisation that provides a conduit for electrical current and thus also the associated magnetic field. It is thus electro-magnetism, not plasma, that is the active property. The aether likely represents an omnipresent, homogeneous electro-magnetic field until it is perturbed by an electrical charge, which them serves to distort the aether such that it divides into its opposing charges that otherwise sum to zero.
