We came across a boat launching ramp and decided to follow the road. Does not look like its been used much and alot of downed trees all over the area. We came across some wild Mimosa trees, which is pretty rare. My friend sampled the sap, had a smoked nut smell to it.
The hike on the road takes us away from the water and back on the parks hiking loop. It was early fall and the leaves were changing from green to yellow.. A few already red or dropped. Working with my glidecam setup some of the footage is a little shaky by adjusting my hand hold on the grip. I wanted to leave the footage in otherwise it came out very choppy. I bought a forearm mount for my glidecam, but need to modify it to fit my model.
