I think if you find something that relaxes you at the end of the day its all good! I spent years playing WoW, and Rift, and a ton of other games. They all helped me in many ways. But it comes down to finding

The base game is now free. The game is a sandbox life simulator. You make Your Sims and you can build houses for them or use ones already made. You start out with a low amount of money and work your way
