Agree, mostly. But it's also possible that we could continue to spend as much on proposals and sooner or later we exit the bear market anyway. But from a mechanical point of view in terms of tokenomics

Are you accounting for the immediate HIVE->HBD conversions that happen when the stabilizer sends HIVE back to DHF? The reason I ask is that what happens a lot is that the stabilier will convert HBD

I agree the issue of DHF becoming proportionately larger is worthy of direct stakeholder voting attention. At least with the post rewards, while high and not that good, they decline automatically in proportion

This is correct and I would submit that the majority of what we are paying for in the form of posts, is not that good. But I have been saying for years, no one wants to hear it. Everyone, even many major

Note on the special @hbdstabilizer. I have excluded this account from the here, since it is dominant on the top, with 360k HBD received in the month, but since technically it’s not keeping those funds,

There are no major challenges it works fine. I'd like to see one or more other people running their own independent stabilizer, which would make it more resilient, but the way it is works fine. I'm happy

I don't think the price makes much difference to the stabilizer. Where is your proposal?

Yes it depends on the market price of HBD.

There is no balance sheet, because it doesn't keep any assets. Everything is returned as soon as the blockchain allows it. You should probably read the earlier posts to get a better understanding of how

You can believe what you like but I don't coordinate anything with anyone. I have only the vaguest notion of who the whales are at this point, other than BT, who I don't know well and don't communicate

By Blackrock et al, you mean Blackrock + Vanguard + State Street + Fidelity + Other similar. Even excluding the others, they usually own about 20%+

I own about 1.5% of Hive.

As of this moment it is about 0.9993 (the exact number depends how you weigh quotes from different exchanges). Sometimes it is above or below one dollar.

All activity can be seen on the blockchain itself, for example viewed here

What you're ignoring is that there may well be other large stakeholders would vote for it if one or both of us didn't. I can tell you for sure that I don't bother to vote for some proposals even if I support

The only reason that it has funding is due to @smooth and @blocktrades voting it. This is false. There are many other voters. If I unvoted it, for example, it would still be funded (which would not be

Both seem like too much to me. We should push for changes to prioritize the most valuable payouts and put a stop to the rest.

How much is the total amount being paid out in post rewards and DHF (excluding hbdstabilizer, which returns it all)? From the point of view of sell pressure, knowing the relative scale of it all seems

How are development projects and marketing initiatives not going to be 'centralized'? Do you think it makes sense to pay out a few dollars to each of hundreds or thousands of different accounts such that

But if one sells USDT into Hive and then Hive into HBD this is a much more viable solution with lower risk. Correct, this is how pegging should get better than it is. Doing this gives you an incredible
