If all HBD exceeds 10% of the value of all HIVE then HBD will lose some of its backing and could (probably would) drop below $1 in value until the amount of HBD was reduced or the value of HIVE went up.

Portion yes. But not close to all of it. Everything has risk. HBD's track record of working moderately well as a stable coin has a lifespan of a few months. The Hive blockchain itself could have catastrophic

There are some AMMs on L2 platforms I think. There are fees but they're less than 5%. In practice HBD has NOT frequently traded up to 1.05. It's usually within a penny or two of $1.

HBD besitzt zurzeit eine feste APR von 12% die monatlich ausgezahlt wird It isn't a fixed rate, but is subject to change at any time by witness vote. I would not expect 12% "long term", I see

It is not really 'taking' from the reward pool, it is moving from one reward pool (content voting) to another (DHF). Not everyone will likely agree with that shift, and that's okay, but those stakeholders

They don't serve the same purpose. A liquidity pool stabilizes the price at anything. If the price is $2, a liquidity pool will 'stabilize' it at $2, in the sense that the liquidity allows you to trade

I'd have to see a very specific proposal to comment. That's more than a pool, and we already have conversions and pools, so I'm not sure anything is actually improved by combining them.

I don't actually see what more liquidity pools would do. There are liquidity pools now, and anyone who wants to invest in them can. So the stabilizing effect is there. In fact it is reasonably stable,

It's mostly voting to support higher development and marketing funding for DHF, with a small additional benefit of running it through the HBD stabilizer first, rather than sending it directly to @hive.fund.

There is currently no way to implement a truly decentralized exchange for HIVE apart from the internal market. Someone always has to custody the HIVE, which is centralized. At some point maybe there will
