RE: To those who keep saying "proof-of-brain"...
This is basically right but the management changes seem to have been somewhat of an improvement from what was a rolling dumpster fire. Now it is only a minor shitshow perhaps. We'll see.

it still takes an entire week to replay a bare minimum Steem blockchain node Not when configured as recommended for a minimum (witness/consensus) node. It takes about 5-8 hours on a low end system except

At the very top it is clear downvoting is involved but for most of the rest of the lists, the difference is a lot smaller, like 1.5-2x. Not really sure what to make of that.

Why is it hard to make them threaded? Seems pretty easy to let them specify a parent, no?

There isn't such a way, without declining rewards or burning a large portion of the rewards, possibly all of them (or strong downvotes which accomplish similarly). The problem is that you have to look

So, check out the changes and one of the most interesting things is the dollar amounts are down by quite a bit. I would consider that a win by it's self Maybe. I don't know the exact dates but the STEEM

Oh, I guess I misunderstood. The idea was that parking a truck in front of my garage would control access to the road? The problem is that you would have to do this to everyone's garage, and it simply

Your arguments are getting increasingly ridiculous. A garage is not a public good by any defintion, so the fact that one can exclude use of it by parking a truck in front of it (or with a door) does not

It is very practical to restrict access to servers with API keys. It's also possible to blow up a road If you think that is a reasonable argument then it ought to be clear to anyone why I'm not meeting

I posit it would end up being a great place to have Steem related discussions while the rest stay more reserved for content relevant to the general public. What's wrong with using the steem tag? Now that

Need to look at the SP delegated to the bots, including the aggregate. If that is shrinking then the bots are shrinking. The number of bots doesn't matter that much. The total amount paid to bots is a
