--Good morning, people. Today, after I get my breath 馃槀 I'd like to introduce you to the concept of Karma again.
--In a previous post I have mentioned the balancing we are all trying to achieve in our lives. ''Karma, Law Of (kahr'-mah) The law of cause and effect, action and reaction, justice, retribution and reward which applies to the lower or psychic worlds : the physical, astral, causal, mental and etherically planes; the law of universalcompensation which is under the law of vibration, inflow and outflow; a matter of vibrations; one of the twelve laws by which the universe are sustained.''
--I believe many of us want to approach our God through harmonious deeds, and some of us through selflessness and giving love to all life.
Therefore this Sanskrit chant might be of use to those who have been practising the exercises that I have so far delineated under the above heading.
--HANG SAHA.
--On one's out-breath - ha-ang sa-ha.
--Again, one may replace one's inner dialogue by practising this breath control and chant wherever one finds oneself. Aloud on the motorway alone in one's vehicle, or sotto voce as one walks (metronomically) about one's business. The cadence of walking 'to' somewhere at distance, I have found very beneficial, because I think the distance allows a space in the work 'attentions' that try to worry one. And so by chanting, I take my mind from more than staying upright, and hold a picture of a loving scene, or contemplate a loving action to be done later, and practice freeing Karma Now in my chant(s).
--OM GANADHIPATAYE OM GANAKRIDAYA NAMAHA - for unblocking, for career and success.
--OM - for practice of breath control.
--HANG SAHA -for relaxing karma. (Best, no alcohol for 3days. Relax full pelvis, shoulders, & head.)
''Joy Often Comes After Sorrow, Like Morning After Night.''
