Hello Hivers, I'm back here after the dinner to share some good vibes with you! The "Read me" painting found a new home and soon it will fly to Berlin (Germany)!
It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and I painted her in March 2020, one year ago. There were the first days of total lockdown here in Italy and I was trying to focus my mind in something positive. There was a very hard time, we were worried and to stay positive I read a lot of books (ok, I work in a bookstore, so books are part of my life _) and I thought to paint this piece to invite people to live new adventure reading interesting books. Imagination and a good book to read can make the difference during the hard moments. ;)
Well, now it's time to watch soething on Netflix sitting down on the sofa close to my furry friend Richy. _
