I treated staff to lunch. They voted to eat in a Japanese restaurant. I personally love Japanese, but I was hoping it would be Italian or something.
And guess what, it was so good!
I wasn't able to take photos that way I want to. I wasn't able to take photos of the good stuff. These were photos taken towards the end of lunch.
Dine-in was limited seating on a First-Come-First-Serve basis. Upon arrival, we had sign-in via IPAD located just outside the door. Luckily, we were there early enough to get first seating!
The dine-in was buffet only, and I was charged $21.00 + tax per person. And because it was buffet, we got to eat as soon as we were seated!
We had Fried Oyster, Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura, Miso Soup...
We had Wakame, Seaweed Salad, and Kurage or seasoned jelly fish.
Sashimi? My staff went bonkers! They got all sorts of sashimi... Salmon, Hamachi or yellow tail, Tuna, Albacore, Saba or macarel.
And we had Collar! What is collar? It is the collar of the fish. We had grilled Hamachi Collar, lots of it.
The sushi rolls were excellent. Notable were the Spicy Tuna Roll (spicy tuna, cucumber) and Salmon Skin Roll (grilled salmon skin).
The deep fried rolls were very good. We tried most of their special rolls. I wish I had the presence of mind to take photos!
For desert Fried Banana (banana, powdered sugar & chocolate) and Sesame Ball (sesame ball w/ sweet dark custard) pictured below.
And lots of sliced oranges!
My staff must have enjoyed it very much (I know I did!), because they were still raving about the food after lunch!
We ate at Fuji Sushi
Until my next post, stay sweet!
Love ya!
I post an article daily, and I hope to see you again soon!
