Old graded note go for big bucks if they are in superior condition. It’s much harder to get a pristine example of a piece of paper versus a coin.

The Krugerrand was the only gold non circulated coin produced until the Royal Canadian Mint began producing them in 1979. There was never a silver Krugerrand, they began in 2017 for the 50th anniversary
