'ol Painless.... oh yeah....

When I saw the theme of the anthology "sentient weapons" I really wanted to go sci-fi instead of fantasy. Where the weapon is a next-gen smartgun with a quantum AI. But a few other authors came

Yeah, if she tries to renege then we may have to get that demon lawyer from Kickman involved in this!

Got it

Hi, I'm Matt the homeless cartoonist. I have three ongoing web comics that I share here on Hive. KICKMAN, LLC: A hero and his trusted sidekick struggle to survive in the dog-eat-dog, capitalist world of

I actually don't plot out this comic very far in advance. Like the Pool Party episode I began without even thinking of attacking them with that same vampire chick from the pages of Kickman. I came up with

It's a little bit fuzzy about exactly how old Mary is in her secret identity. I think that she's supposed to be 10 in the mainstream DC Universe. But, of course she has been 10 for over 60 years. I think

I haven't been following the World Cup. The closest I came to that was watching all 3 seasons of Ted Lasso. Nothing against soccer, I also haven't watched any Super Bowls or NBA games in like 20 years.

I could have gone full Golden Age on the invisibility! Lost opportunity!

If she were a little brighter, she could just land, say "Shazam!" twice and she would be fully clothed again. Although her costume might just burst open again.

Oh, that's right. I had totally forgotten that the proper pronunciation of scone is like "gone." I'd say that pretty much every American rhymes it with bone.

Yes, lots of stuff. The AI does tend to go crazy when presented with a whole page of multiple images. I like how it turned her deadlift into a one-arm row. Which is a testament to Kickman's loving I'm

Yeah, I know in the real world, heroes like police and doctors have to make the hard choices about who they can save. But in the comics, they get the luxury of being able to save everyone all the time,

Mary did mention something about creating a new volcano in... I forget where... Lake Ontario? When she escaped from Green Sorceress's underground city.

Yes, I'm trying to see exactly where YouTube shuts down my content... :)
