At the risk of distracting you even more from getting on with things, you may be interested in the book 4,000 weeks (an average lifespan) by Oliver Burkeman. It gets us to grip with our illusion that we have infinite time and we can do all the things.
More prosaically, paper and pencil has always worked for me: fold an A4 sheet in half long ways. In one column write up to five smart objectives that you would like to achieve in the next six months. Stick it in a big book (or under your computer if no books are available), get on with stuff and check how you are doing in six months. (We'll talk again then) 😍.
I'm not mad about better, faster, stronger. That's something to do with capitalism and patriarchy, white supremacy and the military-industrial complex.
