@yidneth You Have Been Fawnya Approved

One of my favourite ways to spend Sunday evening is listening in to @isaria and @swelker101 as they do their curation shows on MSP-Waves in the PAL discord. I love the off-the-cuff way they interact. The audience never quite knows what to expect in between them sharing some really creative work from the platform.

In the second hour, it’s all about music as @krystle joins them and the off-the-cuff, never know what to expect continues. @krystle brings some extra colour with some utterings of primitive prayer.

During last night’s show one of @yidneth’s pieces was being played. While it was on, Fawnya, my tomcat jumped up beside me on the couch and sat looking at me.

As I’ve been known to do, I took my headphones off and shared with him. Usually I get a look something akin to “really human? Do you really think I care?”. Well, last night when I shared @yidneth with him, he actually seemed to take notice. I didn’t really read much into it and put the headphones back on.

Within seconds he put his paws up on my shoulder and started head butting at the headphones. Even more curious I took them off again and put them down near his ear. He settled his butt onto the couch and seemed to be listening.

To test out if this cat of mine had suddenly decided to take an interest in music, I offered him the headphones as the others played and he had returned to his previous tone. So, I guess you’re truly special @yidneth. You now have the Fawnya seal of approval.. Would that be the paw of approval.

And all is back to normal, or is it?
